This section outlines the Community Guidelines Policy of Nurture by Wildflower LLC. Throughout the site, and this policy the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nurture by Wildflower. This policy sets forth the understanding of expectations for community membership when using the Services. The goal of this community is to uplift and distribute positive energy and content, and to be a safe, respectful, place for community engagement. By accessing or using our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and will be bound by the Terms, conditions and policies provided here.

 

MISSION STATEMENT

Nurture by Wildflower is a boutique art company and online platform that offers original products and content. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, communal, judgement free space for interested parties to indulge in various forms of self-care and nurturing their inner wildflower. We seek to contribute positive energy to the collective consciousness through our content, products, events and community engagement.  It it our mission to help foster the building of strong bonds and mutually beneficially relationships between us and our consumers, and amongst our consumers as individuals. 

It is important to us that our community members feel safe, and that we remain aligned with our mission. This requires a joint effort between us and you, and the requirement that you follow the community guidelines as they are outlined here.  

 

SECTION 1. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

• Community members must be tolerant and respectful towards others, their viewpoints, belief systems, and all aspects of their background.

• Communicate with courtesy and respect when engaging.

• Community members must respect the privacy and personal information of fellow community members and community forums.

• Community members agree to respectfully disagree when expressing themselves/

 

SECTION 2. RESTRICTIONS

Community members are prohibited from the following:

• Community members will not make personal attacks or threats of any kind against other community members.

• Community members will not use defamatory remarks or make false statements against other members, the community, or the company.

• Community members will not post prejudiced or racially motivate remarks.

• Community members will not post obscene materials. 

• Community members agree not to bully, troll, or make inflammatory remarks to other community members 

• Community members will not post, share, or dispatch any code of a malicious nature on the site. 

• Community members will not solicit explicit materials or illegal activities. 

Violations of these restrictions is grounds for immediate termination of service. 

 

SECTION 3. CONSEQUENCES

We make every effort to review our community members and submissions as frequently as possible. In the event that a violation of community guidelines is discovered a warning may be issued to the party in violation. Some community guideline violations are severe enough that they warrant no warning and your membership may be subject to immediate termination. We request and encourage that all community members report behavior that violates our community guidelines to nurturebywildflower@gmail.com. 

 

SECTION 4. AGREEMENT

By logging into the site, making a comment, entering a submission, or joining our community through membership you understand that you are considered to be in agreement with the terms and conditions of our Community Guidelines Policy. Violation of this agreement in any way is grounds for termination of service and potential legal ramifications.
