RETURN POLICY

Below you will find the Return Policy of Nurture by Wildflower LLC. Throughout the site, and this policy the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nurture by Wildflower. This policy sets forth the understanding of how we process returns, exchanges, store credit, and refunds when using the Services. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice to you. By accessing or using our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and will be bound by the Terms, conditions and policies provided here.
SECTION 1. RETURNS & WARRANTY CLAIMS
Due to the nature of some of our products intended uses we do not under any circumstances accept returns of damaged products. In the event that your product arrives damaged you have five days from the date of delivery to file a warranty claim requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit. Warranty claims can be sent to nurturebywildflower@gmail.com. Valid warranty claims require a written submission from the consumer accompanied by photo and/or video evidence of the damage to the product. Refund, exchange, and store credit requests will not be honored or considered without the submission of a valid warranty claim and required visual evidence to support your dissatisfaction with the service. Be advised that the submission of a warranty claim does not indicate the initiation of the return process. You agree that your submission of a warranty claim does not guarantee a refund, exchange or store credit. Consumers with valid claims will receive email notification regarding completion the return process. We agree to pay for new shipping costs incurred for consumers who choose the option to exchange their item for another of equal value. Consumers seeking to file a claim can do so through our website. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case by case basis, this applies to general, custom, and wholesale orders. We make no guarantee that your warranty claim will be honored.
SECTION 2. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, & STORE CREDIT
Consumers have five days from the delivery of product to file a warranty claim seeking a refund, exchange, or store credit. Once the five day window has passed the options for refund, exchange, or store credit expire. To receive a refund, exchange, or store credit fill out a warranty claim through our site. Be advised refunds take 3-5 business days to process back into your account. Exchanges for an item of equal value are equivalent to starting a new order. Consumers should allow 5-7 business days for processing exchanges, and another five days for delivery. We cover the cost of shipping for order exchanges. Please review our Shipping Policy for an in depth explanation of our shipping process. Store credit may be offered to you in lieu of refunds or exchanges upon submission of valid warranty claim at our sole discretion. We make no guarantee that you will receive a refund, exchange or store credit.
SECTION 3. SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We do not accept returns from our customers. There are times when items are returned to us via our shipping courier, this is classified as RETURNED SHIPPING. RETURNED SHIPPING is when a product is returned to us usually in error. When this happens it is the consumers responsibility to correct their information and pay the new shipping fees for the item to be redelivered. We do not cover shipping costs on RETURNED SHIPPING. Our standard processing times of 5-7 business days applies to order exchanges. Exchanges are subject to standard shipping times of five business days from receipt of shipping confirmation. We will cover the shipping costs on order exchanges.
