ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AVAILABLE AFTER FIVE DAYS. Given the nature of this product and its intended use we are unable to accept returned items for health and safety purposes. We take great care to package our delicate items before sending them to your door. We understand that incident or injury may occur during the shipping and handling process. In the event that a mug arrives in poor and/or unusable condition we ask that you contact us immediately with photo and/or video evidence. If you are within the five day window you are eligible for a refund. If more than five days have passed since delivery of your product you have the option to request a replacement. Refunds are unavailble five days after item has been received by customer.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the shipping and handling process. Singles, doubles, and quadruple orders are processed in 5-7 business days. Your tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. If you desire a custom order, please fill out the contact form. Custom orders require additional time and customers will be notified of their time frame based upon the design and production process.
